“They did an amazing job on our 3 wool/viscose area rugs and 3 Turkish runners. Our large area wool rug had doggie stains that we just could not get out. Wool and viscose rugs are hard to clean. Tim managed to get the stains out beautifully. The Turkish rugs are brighter and look like new. Great job! The cost was a bit higher, but with door to door service and excellent results - it was worth it. They even move furniture and roll them up and package them for you. And they were returned back cleaned when he said they would be too.“

“The team was responsive and professional! It was very easy to schedule the cleaning; I filled out the online form on Friday, and they made it out on the following Monday. John did a great job; he placed guards around corners to keep the equipment from damaging any walls, and made our dusty carpets smell fresh again! The cleaning occurred during a very rainy week, so with the high humidity, it took a day or so for the carpets to dry out completely (without a dry-vac pass), which we expected.
