I cannot say enough about this company, from the main office personnel to the mitigation team to the renovation team, everyone is top notch. So thankful they were here for us to get our home back to normal.

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that caused damage to the carpet, celling and vents. Nicco came to asses the damages and was extremely thorough. He even pointed out some damage that we had not noticed to our bathroom door frame and walls. I was then scheduled for demo and the team of Nicco Long, Anthony Cortez, Brian Mora and Sherrod Keith could not have been more professional and informative. Sherrod even went out of his way to mention a separate issue that he notice with another one of our vents and gave me his professional recommendation. I've used Quick Dry twice in the last six months to deal with mold problems at two separate properties. They did a great job - the process was super seamless and the team was very responsive. Sherrod and Nicco were fantastic, very communicative & helpful explaining to me what we were dealing with / what the treatment should be.
