We had a mold remediation project in the air ducts of our HVAC system in our master bath and closet. Sherrod and Nicco were clear communicators, on top of managing the process, and went above and beyond to make sure the area was kept isolated from the rest of the house. The area still needs to pass post- containment testing and undergo the build-back, but so far, so great.
We hired Quick Dry for mold remediation work. They were extremely responsive throughout the process, very thorough in the work itself, and transparent and reasonable around pricing for a couple of pieces of add-on work that were required. We would use them again and recommend to others.
I had a great experience with Quick Dry Restoration. The team was professional, responsive, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, arrived when expected, and handled everything efficiently. I really appreciated how attentive they were and how smoothly they made what could have been a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend Quick Dry Restoration to anyone needing restoration services.
