I love the clinics itself, the people are super nice, I just don’t understand why it’s so hard to speak to someone! Every-time I call I sit on hold for over 10 minutes every time and I’m typically still transferred somewhere else anyway!
Dr. Hartman seem to listen to what I was saying about my health. He made me feel as if he really cared about me. His entire staff was very nice and friendly. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
Great service. The nurse called me front the lobby a few minutes prior to my actual appointment time and the doctor entered the room within 20 min. I cannot say that I have ever experienced better service at any other clinic and is the reason that I continue to use Austin Region Clinics even though I currently live in San Antonio.
