I had another firm repeatedly come out to service an AC and they would say it checked out OK and leave. Finally they said the only explanation was a very clogged coil, but they wouldn’t attempt to fix it and left. And it typically took 2 days to get them to come. I called Air Conditioning Specialist at 8am on a Saturday and left a message. I got a call back within an hour and an estimated arrival of noon. I'm really impressed and highly recommend Air Conditioning Specialists. I had an entirely brand new Trane HVAC system, installed by a different company that was continuously problematic. I contacted Air Conditioning Specialists and Dave came out and was able to trouble shoot the whole configuration, fixed multiple issues, and now I have the system running beautifully. I will only be using Air Conditioning Specialists for all further maintenance and needs on my new system. ACS is, In my opinion, one of THE BEST service providers in Austin. I say this because I have an older home here and have met a lot of them.
