I was without AC for a week because of a different incompetent company, which eventually replaced a circuit board but didn't wire it correctly.
So I decided to call ABA late in the day and someone was at my door in 30 minutes. Logan the technician was very professional, he quickly diagnosed, explained the issue and fixed it. I like them so much that I signed up for their maintenance program. I will definitely be using ABA in the future.
Outstanding service! I had a problem in one of my AC units--ABA was one of three companies that responded. Their tech Brandon came out the same day I called and had the determined attitude of wanting to find the problem. He identified a leak and ensured I had a warranty replacement for my coil the next day. I really appreciated the service of ABA to get my AC working quickly. I contrast them with a larger service company called Fox who came out and were polished and nice but seemed more interested in selling me a new system than in fixing the one I already had (which is less than 7 yrs old). I'm glad I called these folks. We have relatively new systems, Carrier/Bryant, which we have had serviced routinely by the company that installed them. One unit shut down with a lock out yesterday, ABA got here today-- Logan was terrific- knowledgeable, had a good handle on why quite quickly--for some reason, despite a paid service contract, the coils had not been cleaned on the condensers. With that done, everything tested out within normal operating parameters. I signed a service contract with ABA, with the comfort of knowing that this company can provide real service promptly.
