Planet Fitness offers a welcoming and clean environment for its members. The staff is exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional, making the sign-up process a breeze. The gym is well-organized with a wide range of available machines, providing a great workout experience. Members enjoy a friendly and inviting atmosphere, which makes workouts enjoyable at any time. However, it's best to avoid peak hours between 3 pm and 10 pm for a more relaxed experience. Some areas, like the tanning and massage rooms, have issues with air circulation and tend to have a strong odor upon entry, which can also be noticed in the lobby. Despite this, the staff, including dedicated team members, are very friendly and make members feel like part of a second family. Overall, the amenities are well maintained, and the space remains clean and welcoming.
I'm traveling and had no issues getting into planet fitness as a guest. Didn't cost a cent. They had plenty of equipment to utilize.
Great place to workout now. Equipment is being maintained in a timely fashion and the staff is super friendly.
Love this place. Clean and staff are so nice. But the gym goers…… there are ppl who are on a machine then their phones for legit 15 minutes.. or more. Hogging equipment and not even working out 💀 like???
