Nice and friendly staff, convenient location off the freeway. Restrooms and showers needed some major attention, otherwise as good as you can expect from LA. Not a large location but definitely well organized.

Probably my favorite LA fitness around the Arlington area—nicely air conditioned, clean, fitted with newer equipment (such as a hip thrust machine, stepper, etc) that are also newer in condition, has quality speakers with theater like quality, good music from a wide range of genres (Left Right by XG, Barbie World by Ice Spice & Nicki Minaj, Genie in a Bottle by Christina Aguilera, Rehab by Amy Winehouse, etc) and generally less people than other locations nearby.

For the most part, the facility is pretty good. The equipment is solid and pretty up to date, the boxing bags are good quality and cycling bikes too. Staff is friendly and I’d rate higher if the hours were better on weekends
