We recently had what we thought was a “small leak” in an upstairs bathroom so my husband filled a claim with our homeowners insurance. USAA sent Jenkins Restorations early the next morning to start water mitigation.
Our water mitigation team was very professional. The demo work was done quickly and with care for the surrounding area of the home. Joshua, Shankar, and Carlos communicated with me every step of the way and left the areas immaculately cleaned after all the demolition work. They hauled off all of the drywall, tile, and wood that was demolished so I didn’t even have to worry about adding that to our trash bin.

Great experience with Jenkins. They responded very quickly on a Sunday evening during a holiday weekend. They worked directly with my insurance company and were very knowledgeable about the claims process to make sure we stayed within my coverage.
Quenton provided quick updates throughout the project and was always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend communicating by text, as it was so easy to keep everyone informed throughout the process without playing phone tag.
Carlos was great and it was reassuring to have the same friendly technician throughout the process, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
