Edited- The owner called to apologize and we have a plan to move forward. She agreed that staff needed additional training on post massage communication and instructions. I have changed my rating up to a 4.
For the facial I received (Coco Special) 8 would give 5 stars and definitely recommend them.
Updated-I recently (May 2026) received a Combination Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone 90 minute massage that resulted in lower back pain. I left the massage room in tears from the pain despite repeatedly telling the massage therapist that I was experiencing pain during the massage and when it was complete. The massage therapist's response was that she would call me the next day to see if how I was doing. No recommendations on how to manage the pain and neither she or the staff followed up. I was shocked. I have never left a massage in so much pain.
I think the massage staff needs additional training and supervision on how to adapt when clients state they are in pain during a massage and how to help them afterwards when the massage has resulted in pain or injury. I left the massage room in tears.
I am shocked and disappointed. I have been going there for several years and would never have thought was possible.
I appreciate the kindness of the front desk staff that tried to find a heating pad for me to use for the pain while I waited to be able to drive home.
I did receive a wonderful facial from them earlier this week. That is why I didn't change this to 1 star from my previous 5 star rating.

I had a 90 minute Swedish massage as a present from my husband. It was one of the best massages I have ever received.When I arrived I was greeted immediately and offered water or tea. Since I was 15 minutes early for my first appointment I was able to wait in the massage chair room. The dimmed lights peaceful music and most advanced massage chairs I have seen was great preparation for my massage. Now usually I skip Swedish massages, because I am a massage snob. This experience has totally altered my view.
I especially appreciated the extras, the heated massage table, the hot towel on my back while my legs were massaged, the hot towels on my feet after my feet were massaged, and especially the small heated rice bag across my forehead. Any part of a typical massage that can take you out of the experience, i.e. turning over , or moving to another area, has been thought about and addressed. If you want to feel truly pampered or to pamper someone you love, book a massage here. The price was very affordable. They sent all the paperwork that needed to be completed beforehand so there was no delay when I arrived. Parking was convenient and it was a wonderful surprise to find such a wonderful spa in Anna. Inplan to book a couples massage for me and my husband very soon.
Jenelle is amazing! I have an older dog that is very scared of the groomer. Jenelle is extremely patient with my dog and always prioritizes her health and safety. I’ve used other mobile groomers in the past and my biggest complaint for previous mobile groomers was lack of communication. Jenelle exceeds at that! I always know when she is going to be here and she keeps me posted if things happen and she will be a little early or late. My dog always looks fantastic, but my concerns for my older dog were wanting a patient and kind groomer and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. Thank you!!

It seems that it has become difficult to sustain the same technician in this line of business if you stay with the same company like I have I suppose. Seth has fixed a few different phones for me.. this last time I dropped it off a balcony and it was completely shattered on both sides, he was still able to repair my screen. He’s always nice, fast and efficient.. for sure my go-to repair guy!!

Tommy showed up on time, communicated clearly what was happening, what he was going to attempt, what the risks were. The problem was thankfully an easy one and I gladly paid for the diagnostic fee and 1 hour of technician time, even though it only took 30 minutes.

I’ve been a customer at Tropical Illuzion for the past three months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From day one, every employee has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Anytime I have questions about products, beds, memberships, or anything else, they always take the time to answer them and make sure I have the information I need.
The salon is consistently clean and well-maintained, which is something I really appreciate. They pay attention to the little details that make a big difference, like leaving a piece of candy on the bed before your tanning session and providing baby wipes in every room so you can easily wipe off bronzing lotion afterward. It’s those thoughtful touches that make the experience feel special.
I also love that I rarely have to wait for the beds I want to use. If there is a wait, the staff is always upfront about how long it will be and offers helpful alternatives like red light therapy or the hydro bed while I wait. They truly go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of.
The results speak for themselves, too. I constantly get compliments on how great my tan looks, and I know that’s because Tropical Illuzion has quality equipment and knowledgeable staff who help me get the best results.

Tremendous technicians up and down the staff. AJ and Seth supported my most recent maintenance and they were all the above: got there exactly when they said they would, trustworthy, informative, direct, tremendously courteous, accurately diagnosed my issue, presented solutions without any fear-mongering, efficiently performed the repair, and walked me through best-practices I can do as a homeowner to help my own cause. They even went above and beyond grabbing a dustpan and cleaning some insulation that fell from where my unit was in my attic into the hallway that I had no expectation of them even cleaning.
I am a big believer in supporting local, family-owned business and I don’t put my name on very many reviews. But they do things the right way and I would put my reputation on the line for this company.

Matlock’s is one of the best barbers in the game! Been going to him for about a year and the consistency is unmatched. Clean fades, sharp lines, and attention to detail every time. He keeps the shop professional and makes sure you leave the chair looking right. Highly recommend if you want a barber who actually cares about his craft.

I needed to have two vents on my roof replaced. They did a great job and informed me about others damage to my roof if I wanted to get it fixed. There was no pressure and they let me apply my cost to a future repair if I needed it.
Had a great experience with Celene and her team! They provided a move out and move in clean during our move. Their attention to detail was amazing! It was comforting to have one less thing to worry about during that busy time. I look forward to using them in the future!
When you call and tell them it's an can't use your dog can't use her back leg they say sorry we don't have any appointments available until next week. They obviously don't care about animals just money

We absolutely love Cold Springs! All of the vet techs are great and are so sweet with our 3 dogs. We’ve been bringing our dogs here for the past 6 years and even though we live over a hour away now, we still make the drive because they are so wonderful! Dr. Van Wart and Dr. Fazzino have both seen our dogs and are amazing! Any time we have ever had an emergency or our boys need to be seen, they always find time to see them for an appointment. Definitely recommend this vet for anyone looking for a honest, trustworthy, professional and caring Vet!

Successful evaluation for boarding my German Shepherd dog next month. Amy at the front desk was patient and helpful. The kennel is clean and spacious with access to the outside. All the dogs there looked healthy and happy.

Just moved into my Bloomfield home here in Anna and I couldn't be more happy with the entire process. Paul, Brandon, and the whole team there were amazing to work with and really took all the pressure off of the home buying experience. Izaiah is hands down the best barber in Anna! I’m tough to please when it comes to service, and I was hesitant about leaving my barber of 8 years. But after seeing how patient and skilled Izaiah is with my 2-year-old, I have zero regrets making the switch.
He’s amazing with kids, even the ones who can’t sit still or are hard to handle. He adjusts on the fly and makes the whole experience stress-free. I’ve seen him cut all hair types and all backgrounds, he truly does it all.

This is a good driving school, as the teacher incorporates both visual and verbal lessons. He reads a paragraph from a provided textbook and then will further explain and/or enact the information. He ensures to both teach and help retain information. Overall, it’s a great experience.

I had a decent experience. I was able to clean, vacuum, and wipe down my interior after too many miles! I appreciate the compressed air for cleaning out the small crevices in the seat.
