Laurence was such a great help not only in building my dog's confidence but mine as well. From the moment I dropped her off, I knew she was in good hands under his care. He loved her as his own and I am so grateful for the time and effort he poured into her. While she knew basic commands, she would only sometimes obey them with me. The reinforcement and repetition he provided her, showed her what is expected of her no matter who is asking. My dog is quite fearful and he worked on her socialization - something that brings me great anxiety. Even after seeing her after week 1, I could already tell she had grown so much. Chief just had surgery and they took really good care of him when we dropped him off for a few days. Lexie is a totally different dog. She is well behaved now and i can't thank them enough. I can really tell that the employees really care about their job and they treat the animals like their own.
