The staff is awesome! We were hesitant to kennel our dogs because they generally stay with us, but the staff was amazing and gave them so much love and attention. I dropped them off for their second stay today and my dogs immediately recognized some of the ladies and were so excited to see them. It's not a cheap place to board your dogs, however I would 1000% recommend them. They will treat your babies like family

Oh, my goodness, it is always so hard to find a boarding facility I can trust. On a recent stay in Amarillo, we needed to board our standard poodle, and I am so glad I found Le Chateau.
We walked in with our pup to drop him off and could see a minor emergency was taking place with one of the dogs (nobody's fault) and could see the care and concern exhibited by the staff who quickly responded to the situation professionally and appropriately.

This place is amazing! We've recently boarded our two cats Oliver, and Zora. This was our first time doing this, and everyone there was very helpful with every questions, and concerns we might have.
Throughout our trip they have send pictures, and updated us about their well being. We have NEVER board our pets before, and this place have impressed us. The only downside about the place is the road construction to it. Other than that we will be boarding our furbabies with them for future trips.
