Mr Patrick came to my home to check my hot water heater. We both agreed I needed a new one. Mr Patrick was a delightful man, was good to me and my dogs. While the old unit was being drained he asked me about my Thanksgiving, shared with me about his. He loves his family and his son is one of our amazing military men. Mr Patrick is an amazing cook and shared what he made. I love that. I love to cook and he took the time to share with me. Workers showed up to install a new water heater. Water heater that they brought would not fit so they tore up the door frame to fit it in and left a complete mess with a door that will no longer close. Contacted company to complain and they have yet to resolve. Will update.
