Based on the reviews, BSA Panhandle Ear, Nose & Throat in Amarillo, Texas, has excellent doctors who are knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. Dr. Price and Dr. Morgan are both described as excellent, capable, confident, and personable. They take time with their patients and offer thorough feedback. However, the experience of getting in to see them is not always good. The check-in process can be frustrating, with issues like lost online questionnaires and problems with insurance copays. The receptionist has sometimes left an impression of being bothered or ignoring patients. Additionally, the waiting area has a loud TV that makes it hard to hear when a name is called. While the support staff are not always impressive, they get the job done. Despite these front-office issues, the doctors are highly recommended, with one reviewer stating that if they could give Dr. Price 10 stars, they would.
Dr. Dey is a very good doctor. I have been seeing him since 2024. He listens to the patient and has great advice to help you with issues pertaining to his specialties. I highly recommend.The front desk could be a little better and polite but my focus is on the care I receive as a patient.
Dr. Price is excellent - she listens, she’s compassionate, and she is very knowledgeable in her fields. She takes time with her patients and offers thorough feedback! I highly recommend her!
I am not impressed with the check-in. I spent about 15 minutes filling out ALL the questionnaires online then when I check in they tell me they can’t find what I filled out online and that I would have to fill out all of it again. Then the receptionist wants me to pay a co pay. If they ran my insurance like they should have they would know that I did not owe a copay. Dennis Dey was professional. Also the Dr/surgeon that looked at me was very informative and helpful.
