Called them this morning and needed a fridge fixed. He explained toe what all he was going to do and what it was going to cost me. I appreciated that he was honest and didn’t waste our time. We ended up having to buy a new fridge cause of the parts coated just as much. Next time I need anything done I will be calling him back!
Greg Biggs is very knowledgeable about refrigeration systems from 30+ year old systems to newer ones. I would also trust him with other appliances. His work is thorough and meticulous. He solved a defrost problem on our ancient GE side by side refrigerator/freezer. With his insights into how to adjust freezer/refrigerator temps, the unit is working better than it ever has before.
Strongly recommend him for appliance repairs.
