Snow Bear Heat and Air Amarillo

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I can not say enough about our two techs from Snow Bear Heat & Air - Amarillo. We live in the middle of the desert region of West Central Texas and they drove from Amarillo to install a new Goodman 4 ton air conditioner, adding three new vents in the attic at 110 to 120 degree heat, and a Daikan Mini Split for my shop. Each of the two days they were here they worked their hind ends off in 107 degree heat with a heat index of 110 to 112 degrees and the smile never left their faces. Josue and Abel Lujan are a testament to what a work ethic looks like and to the excellence of your business. They got the job done quickly and efficiently under the adverse weather conditions with an Extreme Heat Advisory issued by the National Weather Service. You have customers for life and we will definitely be suggesting your establishment from today on. Thank you to the Lujan Brothers and to all the scheduling staff at Snow Bear Heating and Air Conditioning. You are awesome,

We needed a drainage pipe for our unit rerouted, more freon, and a new copper line pulled. This team got the entire job done in one day. They were later in the day but they stayed till the job was complete. They were tidy and respectful of our home, and reasonably priced for the job.

I had a leak in my mini split. Technician came out and fixed the problem. Very professional and job well done!
