I was double billed for labs. The labs were originally drawn by my pediatrician’s office and then sent to BSA to process. BSA then sent the lab to Amarillo Pathology Clinic to process. Amarillo Pathology Clinic & BSA hospital charged me over $1000 for the same lab results (after insurance). BSA “processed” the lab & Amarillo Pathology Clinic added a professional fee to read the “positive or negative” results. Aster from Amarillo Pathology billing was very rude and unprofessional. I feel taken advantage of as a medical provider myself.
