Very unprofessional people never using their service again and suggest other not to they just take money and never fix the problem they keep coming back after a week and said they have oder new parts 2month still they haven’t finish their work

They are not professional, we had shower leak from 2nd bathroom to 1st kitchen. They came out and cut the wall and ceiling to inspect the leak. They cut them in really weird pattern not square, seems like they are just tear it down and they said they are not responsible for wall patch. I had to cut it square and patch it myself. BUT that's not the problem. They didn't even find what was the problem after they cut multiple wall and ceilings. There was no leak on the pipe, they concluded the leak is from shower door which I didn't believe it. This is highly unprofessional company! They give me the time window 11am to 3 pm and end up showing up at 7:30am. Then I had to provide them with booties for their dirty shoes to protect my carpet. Then they wanted to receive the check BEFORE they do any work. To top it all, they decided to just leave without any communication at all. And after 30 minutes I called the office and the unprofessional individual who answered the phone refused to help at all instead she said they left because no one opened the door for them this is at 9am something even after they have been in and out of the house.
