Austin was confident of his locksmith skills which was reassuring. We had a new iron door installed and had gotten an Emtek electronic lock that was installed incorrectly. From the time I called to the time Austin came out reinstalled the lock that the original installer had installed was probably about an hour. He stayed until we double checked our new beautiful door and lock worked properly!! Highly recommend Austin and his company.
Andre truly came through when I needed help. I locked myself out of my house around 7PM Thursday and he arrived within 30 minutes to help, and He had my door unlocked in under five minutes. He was very personable, understanding, and charged a fair price. I highly recommend Andre for any locksmith needs.
Total replacement of springs, drums, rollers and lift system for double garage door. Started at 6:00 pm on a Sunday night since our door hung up and could not be manually closed. Nathan was great, worked efficiently, explained each step. Total professional. Saved their number!
