I called George at 4:45 pm on a Saturday, and he was at my house by 5:30 pm the same day. He let me know the likely pricing upfront, and by 6:00 pm he had diagnosed the issue and did a full rekey on my front door lock. In addition to knowing his stuff, George was courteous, clean and respectful. Highly recommended!

Anabelle was great to work with. She cared about getting the services done and done right in a fast, effective manner. I had called 3 different places and she was able to get my answers in one call. Everyone else says "let me get you to a service rep to call you back". When it's more of an emergent situation, you like to know information up front. She was very pleasant to work with when you have an unexpected situation happen. If I ever have another occurrence or to refer anyone else, this will be my go to! Having to have keys made from losing a whole set of keys and know that I'll be in good hands! And confident with where my purchase is going.

My mother needed locks and keys done for her house. George responded promptly and took care of her quickly, and even provided us extra keys so she won't get locked out, again. He was professional and gave us a great deal! He did excellent work and I highly recommend.
