“Been coming here for years with different issues but mainly a recurring ear infection due to a messed up tube not working properly. Maybe every 2 years I need to get antibiotics. And while I don’t have insurance the visit fee is reasonable and way better than going to an ER. Recently went and the dr gave me a shot of long acting penicillin and a steroid shot plus oral antibiotics and that finally knock the ear infection out. They are always friendly and helpful. Wait times are quick as well. If you live in the medical center I highly recommend you come here. I also bring my kids in if they can’t see their PCP which is sometimes a hassle or a waiting period.“

“Been to this location twice in January 2024. An absolutely wonderful experience each time. Staff members greet you the minute you walk in the door with a smile on their face and IN their voice. After you're checked in, they'll direct you to the proper waiting area. One is for patients to see their doctor. Others are for labs, etc. These waiting areas are spacious and the "wait time" is not long at all. Multiple restrooms are located throughout the building. My physician created a treatment plan I am very comfortable with. I look forward to working with my new family at Gonzaba Medical Group on Bandera Road!!“

“Thank you to all these ladies who made us feel heard and safe with our first baby having his first ill illness. Nurse practitioner Garcia was above and beyond with Answering questions and providing quality care for my son who came in with a virus and a fever. Joy was literally a joy. She’s a fantastic nurse and she listened to us when we felt uncomfortable with a high medication dosage. She also explained everything to us so well. We came in, feeling very scared, but left feeling reassured. Last but not least- I want to shout out Keiyara. She is A fantastic nurse, and she was the first person we saw when we came in with our son. She immediately reassured us and connected with us by telling us stories about her sick children. She is so friendly and personable. I solely believe that she is the reason why my anxiety didn’t get worse. You could tell she has a passion for being a nurse and making people feel better. All three of you ladies are amazing thank you so much. I hope that y’all get a shout out for being amazing people. I am grateful that there are people like you in the medical field because sometimes we are not so lucky to come across such great care.
