This is a great urgent care and I’ve used it several times.
I went the week after a car accident and was told I had to pay full price. Because it was related to a car accident claim (that hadn’t moved yet), I couldn’t use my health insurance. Thankfully I could pay the full price visit but I didn’t understand the reasoning given to me by the woman working up front.
I just got a refund check from them. So yes, you can use your health insurance. Please don’t give ppl who are injured incorrect info, which possibly leads to unnecessary ER visits.

Excellent experience! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and efficient. I hardly had to wait at all. Was in and out in no time. Clean and pleasant space. Would go back the next time I need urgent care.
