I got a call this morning from the urgent care NP that had ordered the mammogram and ultrasound that found the tumor. She didn't have to call or check up on me...this was weeks ago, but she cared so much that she did. This woman is the only one who didn't write me off, who took me seriously and ordered those STAT tests. I 100% believe she saved my life. God put her there to help me, and I'm so grateful. Because of her actions, im able to get into treatment and have a real shot of beating this. She's the shining example of how EVERY provider should be. If you ever need urgent care, I highly recommend NP Allyssa Guerrero at the ExpressMed at Robert B. Green.
Great care from everyone! My family member was seen quick and effectively. I have a feeling most of the negative comments are either made up, exaggerated or due to not being knowledgeable on what urgent care clinics have the ability to do. I have nothing but gratitude to UHS for saving my life in the past and for being there for those who need help. Keep up the amazing work everyone.
