“Let me start with this location was a life saver for me I’ve been going to the hospital since my baby was 1 month and no one was looking at her the right way as in diagnose her right way all they would say was it was her nose and a reflux and she won’t out grow it I as a mother knew in my heart there had to be sumthing more causing my babygirl to be with shortness of breath wheezing and etc… I came to this urgent care blinded and thinking they would tell me the same thing but the dr was even concerned and he called the emt it took this amazing doctor for the hospital to finally listen to me I’m beyond grateful Dr like him still exists and if ur child is hurting or in pain or u need to get them checked I totally recommend them my baby is now in the hospital getting treated properly and all thanks for the doctor in that location and he called me as well to check up on her even after being seen by him 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“It’s because it is a great CVS but there is no Dr. no staff at the minute clinic. Went to go get my TB test read and an employee said it’s temporary closed because they don’t have a doctor and they haven’t had one in a while. So sad.“

“Dr.Navarro did an excellent job at helping me!!! I was in respiratory distress--he immediately ordered me a breathing treatment and two chest X-rays. I felt horrible and, oh, so weak. He ordered me four meds that I needed. The MA Emily was so efficient and kind. What a terrific duo!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Navarro and his expertise!! He is so kind and knowledgeable!! He helped me tremendously. The entire medical staff that took care of me on February 25, 2025 was superb!!!!

“Daughter had a rash this morning, booked an appointment that was in 30 min , check in , waited like 5 min & was seen with doctor like 5 min. Although it was slow at the office , even on there busy hours, we get seen really fast. They’re also clean and nice ! Love coming here.“

“I lost my doctor and began looking for a new provider to provide care about 1 year ago. This was not too far from home and I made an appointment with Abbi McDaniel. When I arrived to the live oak location it was an old bldg and not to my standards. I didn't expect much after that. I was very quickly surprised by the amazing staff and care I received. The care Abbi provides goes beyond medical! she listens and is patient. I would recommended her to any one out there. They are relocating to an updated spot bf the end of the year not too far from original spot. I'm sure the change will be good.“

“Been to this location twice in January 2024. An absolutely wonderful experience each time. Staff members greet you the minute you walk in the door with a smile on their face and IN their voice. After you're checked in, they'll direct you to the proper waiting area. One is for patients to see their doctor. Others are for labs, etc. These waiting areas are spacious and the "wait time" is not long at all. Multiple restrooms are located throughout the building. My physician created a treatment plan I am very comfortable with. I look forward to working with my new family at Gonzaba Medical Group on Bandera Road!!“

“Love these clinics. Highly recommend to any parent. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Even on a night like today when its 30 mins to close and people keep walkng in for x-rays. I myself was having a bad night my daughter hurt her arm and was in quite some pain and to top it off my insurance was not showing my child as a enrolled member. I was obviously frustrated and upset but even then they were very professional and didnt seem annoyed with me they colleceted what they could and attended to my daughter. The entire staff front office to the back nurses, techs they are all great. Big thank you to the front desk yall are amazing keep up the good work. “Walked in last Friday to address a respiratory issue. Was registered by front desk staff quickly and courteously. Then sent to lobby 'A' where i was expecting the dreaded LONG WAIT. Instead, i was brought in to begin work up in less than 5 minutes! That too was performed quickly....the tech took brief history and vital signs...reviewed presenting problem. Once in an exam room, waited approx 10 minutes before APN jenn gonzalez came in. She listened, asked appropriate questions, did the physical exam and diagnosed ALLERGIC REACTION. She gave advice, provided prescriptions and recommended the on-site pharmacy. There, my scripts were quickly processed.
EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL AROUND.

There was ONE issue. The public restroom (male) was absolutely FILTHY. Looked like someone had a defecation accident, but the mess was smeared all over the toilet seat and bowl..even parts of the floor. The facility couldnt be used. Staff perhaps needs to check public facilities periodicalky during the day.

I once worked at UHS as a licensed healthcare professional and have ALWAYS felt the medical/social services there were SECOND TO NONE. It was nice to experience it as a PATIENT/CONSUMER and have my past feeling confirmed. Ive decided to make UHS my PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER.“

“Saw Dr. Pathi today for my eye pain. In the Expressmed. She was amazing! The whole staff was AMAZING! The registration ladies, the tech/nurse in the back helping me fight back my tears! Thank you!
