BenchMark Physical Therapy in Soddy-Daisy is a leading outpatient clinic with convenient scheduling and patient-focused care. The therapists are great, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They are willing to listen and provide answers to questions. The entire staff, from the front desk to the therapists, makes the atmosphere friendly and upbeat with true compassion and care. The people are amazing, positive, and always push patients to do their best. They do a good job on pin pointing where the issues are and what area needs to be focused. Patients loved all the inspiring notes and pictures on the walls. The clinic is committed to treating each patient promptly with integrity, honesty, and compassion.
Amazing experience!! My baby was referred by his peds and from day one, heather was just so great with him. They became besties! And he progressed so well with her help and with her tips. Would definitely recommend the Soddy or lakesite benchmark. And the front desk ladies are awesome too!
Love Benchmark PT in Soddy Daisy. Dr William Ballard referred me here after my left knee replacement. Tanner and Madi are exceptional therapists. They are knowledgeable and willing to listen and provide answers to my questions. The entire office staff, from Roseanne to the therapists, make the atmosphere friendly and upbeat. The lady who works the front desk is an angel who is always incredibly sweet when I talk to her. The rest of the staff also follows the same trend of just showing true compassion and care.
