American Door and Window is a medium-sized company that offers a level of personal service that reminds one of a caring 'mom & pop' business. Last summer one of my heavy-framed, tempered glass storm doors 'blew out' into a zillion pieces. After pricing a replacement at nearly 200$, my neighbour suggested I try American. I'm glad I did! I dropped the frame off, and the completed job was ready in less than a week (despite it being in the 'busy time') and having to be special ordered from a bulk supplier.
