We have had the best experience with H&J Heating & Air. We bought a new HVAC unit through this company. Mr. Chuck James communicated with me on a time frame of when he would be available to work. He held to his word for the estimated time frame and contacted me on when he would arrive. Install didn't take too long, and I felt it was a fair price for what I feel is great equipment and service. I know installation is very hard work for him and his team especially in this heat and I greatly appreciate everything you have done for us. I would highly recommend this company.

We experienced a major drainage issue with septic back up on a Monday evening. We had an emergency service call followed by a ridiculously high quote from an unnamed highly advertised company on Tuesday morning. I called a friend/local home builder and he recommended Choo Choo Rooter. I called Phillip Tuesday afternoon and he opined on the issue and said he would be out first thing Wednesday morning. He was.
By noon Wednesday, Phillip and his crew had been here, dug my septic tank, diagnosed the issue (exactly what he suggested on the phone), corrected the issue, and cleaned up my yard. It was less than 1/4 the price the other company quote.
Phillip clearly laid out the issue, gave multiple options to correct it, and the pros and cons of each. While Phillip was here, I heard him speak with multiple other crews and customers on progress on other sites and jobs. Truly impressive.
Choo Choo Rooter will be my go-to for any plumbing or septic issues in the future and I highly encourage anyone else to do the same.
They did what I needed them to do. But their prices imho are way out of line for the area they are in and state they are in. Everyone is nice and respectful — I have zero bad to say as far as personal goes. But when it comes to the business side? Outrageous is my wording.
