Having done business with multiple other roofing companies, there is no comparison. Genesis is a shining star. Special shout out to Jon Stephens & Niko for helping us every step of the way. From getting the adjuster out quickly, walking the roof with them, maximizing coverage to include downspouts & gutters, they were there for us. True to their word my out of pocket was just my deductible and an upgrade we agreed to at the beginning. Any delays were caused not by Genesis but by our insurance company dragging their feet and changing claim Agents every 3 weeks. I normally don't leave reviews. I believe a company should do a good job, always. Genesis Exteriors and Steven Barrett went above and beyond. From the moment I met Steve, to the final install of my new roof, he walked me thru every step of the way. Once we agreed to proceed with the job, Steven handled everything for me; working with the insurance company to negotiating the storm damage, Steve handled it all. 5.0 Steve and his crew were meticulous during the installation process and even more so during the cleanup. My son and his wife highly recommended Steve and Genesis, now I do too! See the before and after photo of their work. Truly amazing and so pleased!

Genesis Exteriors did a fantastic job on my roof. Both Steven and Niko walked me through each step of the insurance claim process and are experts in their respective fields. Steven kept me up to date throughout the progress. Every team member did a wonderful job and my new roof looks amazing!! Highly recommend!
