As a property manager for a large multi-family company that ranked in the top ("100 best places to work at"), I only call Reliable Roofing for any roofing needs.I used to rely on a different company (***** Roofing) mainly, but after multiple failed attempts fixing simple boot repairs, I switched to Reliable Roofing and have since quit using the other 2 roofing vendors because Reliable Roofing is actually very, very reliable. I think the "Reliable" part of the business name is meant to be ironic. If I wanted to be charitable, perhaps the work would have maintained a higher standard had the job been smaller; they started strong. But over time it was taking longer to complete the work as the crew moved on to another structure or level, and the cleanup became noticeably less thorough and conscientious. Initially, parking areas were swept clean of debris each day, but then roofing nails began appearing by the handfuls in both parking and driving areas. (I'm still finding them.) I hired them to fix my floor. Fair price for all the work they did. Very nice. Very satisfied yet they do not put carpet back.I just saw them take my floor to the dirt, rebuilt it, and level my foundation... but carpet is too much! Great when you need 95% of a job done.
