We are in love with our home and are absolutely amazed that we were able to close on it when we did.We have purchased new builds in the past and have never had such a amazing experience from the start. First, let me note that I'm a professional builder so my perspective on Turnberry is more stringent than your typical non-builder homeowner. That also means I know what to look out for.I did my homework and read a copy of their contract and all supporting documents BEFORE we signed it or gave a deposit. I then asked a lot of questions, and from this process realized that I didn't feel comfortable with them, their contract, or their language. I'll expound further and you can make your own judgement.If you read their contract it's very one-sided against the Purchaser. We built a Turnberry in Bishops Gate Franklin TN, Have been very happy with our new home. Turnberry did everything they promised and more. The Turnberry designer, architect and builder were accommodating and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend. They take the hassle out of a semi custom home.Service: Design
