In a world where you pray the contractor will show up, Brad sent me a text and was going to not only show up, but even a little early! He quickly assessed the situation, provided details and pictures of the problem, and suggested a fix. Some of the work was out of his wheelhouse but he provided me with phone numbers and names of people that would take care of us easily. He provided the services and work he could to fix the problem. So appreciative of the professionalism! I'll call L & L again whenever I need some assistance, highly recommend.“

“Our family has wonderful things to say about RSU Contractors. The team was wonderful to work with throughout our entire project. There were several things important to us besides cost. Responsiveness! The entire RUS team were always there when we had a question throughout the project. There are lots of questions and decisions that need to be clarified/answered. They ALWAYS answered the phone. Timeline! The projected timeline was amazing. We were impressed with the team's consistent workflow to get the job done. Consideration...RSU staff and subcontracts were very mindful of our schedules and property. No quality home renovation is cheap, but these folks at RSU kept us informed every step of the way on cost and incorporated additional change requests and add ons at our request.

Through it all, we were extremely impressed and thankful for the partnership with RSU. We would highly recommend them on a project you are thinking about. Special thanks to Jim and Josh who were our primary contacts and are great guys to work with. We will definitely use them again when the time comes.
