The fastest and smoothest doctors visit I've ever experienced. Arrived 10ish minutes before our appt, we were taken in the exam room before our appointment time. We were taken to the X-rays and completed them and back in the exam room by 3 minutes after our appointment time. And we had seen and talked to the physician just minutes later and we were out the door with a full understanding of everything going on and our next appointment scheduled by 22 minutes after our scheduled appointment start. We also never were rushed or felt rushed the whole time. If only all medical appointments were that smooth everywhere.
We went to see Dr M about my grandson's spine. The dr had no bed side matter. Didn't want to answer any of our questions. A 4 hour dr for a 10 minimum appointment. The dr should have examined him & talked to us about his health
Our visit was fantastic, Dr. S took his time to relate to my child and make sure we understood. He even offered to have his resident video our exam so we could rewatch it and remember what he had told us and why. I greatly appreciated this because I didn’t bring my husband to the visit and we had a challenging decision about care to make that I didn’t anticipate. Also huge shout out to the X-ray team who kindly accommodated my daughter’s request to let me take a photo of her smiling on the X-ray table for her cousin who has medical problems and was scared of X-rays, who lives in another state. It made a HUGE difference in his life and he is no longer scared! So...read full review
