The staff are amazing.. very thorough, very caring and very professional. I arrived 45 mins early for one apt and they saw me straight away... I dont recommend getting burnt.. but if you do.. I do recommend Vanderbilt Burn Center
Horrible experience if you have loved ones here I'm sorry. I tried to call the burn unit and got talked to horrible from the front lady even hung up on repetitively. He had surgery that day and I didn't know if he was dead or not for days because of lack of compassion and lack of phone skills. Then I drove all the way there to be turned away even though they let others in the same day 😭🤦
I was recently burned severely on my leg and foot and was referred here. They got me in very quickly and I received the best care. Thanks to them, my leg and foot is healing nicely.
