“5 Stars for Alpha Omega roofing and Ronnie Derryberry. We knew were biding time until we HAD to replace the roof. The roof began leaking and I phoned Alpha Omega Roofing. Ronnie Derryberry came out, temporarily fixed the roof and gave us a competitive quote (We got 3 quotes). The whole crew was prompt, courteous and professional. When I spoke to the head crew person on the roof the whole crew stopped working so that we could hear each other. Mr Derryberry was onsite to check on the crew and check in with us. They left our yard cleaner than we they arrived and I never found a roofing nail left behind. We were so impressed!“
“Having done business with multiple other roofing companies, there is no comparison. Genesis is a shining star. Special shout out to Jon Stephens & Niko for helping us every step of the way. From getting the adjuster out quickly, walking the roof with them, maximizing coverage to include downspouts & gutters, they were there for us. True to their word my out of pocket was just my deductible and an upgrade we agreed to at the beginning. Any delays were caused not by Genesis but by our insurance company dragging their feet and changing claim Agents every 3 weeks. They even sat with me to decipher the unnecessarily complicated insurance communications when our agents were "unavailable" & unresponsive. Cannot recommend our Genesis team more highly and glad our warranty is through them for any future needs. Well done guys!!“
