We hired RSU contractors to do a complete master bath renovation. We are very pleased with the outcome. We found RSU to be very responsive. They gave us a reasonable quote compared with other contractors. Their team was professional and polite and updated us frequently throughout the project. Their work was professional and the best part is they got it done within the original agreed to schedule and under budget. Considerably better than other contractors we've used in past projects. RSU completed a major remodel of our kitchen in December 2018. The project lasted about 10 weeks, which is what they quoted, and we are very pleased. We worked with Melissa Plank (designer), Steve (draftsman), Jim and Chuck (Project Manager). They were all great to work with. We had a somewhat awkwardly-designed kitchen - I think Melissa called it a puzzle! - but she and Steve came up with a great design that has really opened up the space and created great flow and usability. It involved moving basically everything - sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, pantry, a wall.
