“I’m a little late leaving this review, but I had to share my amazing experience here. They gifted me a complimentary facial while I was pregnant, and it was exactly what I needed at the time. I was feeling really sick during my pregnancy, and this gave me a chance to truly relax.

I’ve had many facials before, and this was hands down the best one I’ve ever received. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and my skin looked so glowy afterward!

I’ve already recommended them to several friends. You can really tell they genuinely care about their clients. Highly recommend!“

This girl has such a kind disposition and knows how to serve people!

She offered me something to drink.

When she washed my hair, she had a heated blanket over the recliner to keep me warm!

Then I received a deep conditioner, treatment for my curly hair and it was so wonderful!

Soft, relaxing music playing while I was relaxing. I almost fell asleep.

After that, she gives a Scalp massage that is beyond amazing and neck massage!

The best part of it was getting to know her and her gift for doing hair!

She Had such respect for my curly hair and I knew I was in great hands!

I absolutely love my haircut.

I have very curly hair and she did exactly what I asked…extra layering!

Not only will I be coming back, but my family as well!

“Today was my first appt here at Tangles in Mt.Juliet and I could not be more happier! They are really kind here and the shop is clean and beautiful. They have so many cute hair accessories and products to choose from as well. Merci did my hair and did an amazing job! I was concerned finding someone new after being with my last stylist 14 years. She washed, did a blow out, cut three inches off and curled my hair. Not to mention I was only here an hour and half so was pleased to see the time when I left.

I also was nervous getting my hair done here because I am biracial (black and white) and was not sure if they do my hair type, plus for years I was going to an African American salon. My hair is naturally wavy/ curly and easy to manage. When I saw Merci and her Bio I felt I could trust her. I’m so glad I found her. She is so professional, personable and sweet.

I wanted to mention that and leave this review for anyone else who may be looking for a stylist and has hair like mine to see you can come here and have an amazing experience. I saw other stylist work and their clients leave with beautiful hair. The pricing was amazing and less than I thought it be. This was a nice surprise due to what I used to pay at my last salon. I have been going there for over 10 years and have had many stylists. Each stylist has been fantastic!
My current stylist is Courtney Parrott - Courtney is exceptional. She goes above and beyond. Courtney is very talented as well as being kind and caring. Finding a new stylist can be daunting and pretty nerve wrecking ! From the first time Courtney cut, colored & styled my hair I felt very much at ease.
She really listens to what you are looking for, asks questions, makes suggestions. takes her time and checks in with you during the entire process. Nothing is too much trouble. Both myself and my daughter now both look forward to our visits with Courtney!
I would highly recommend making an appointment at Double image hair salon and asking for Courtney Parrott you won’t be disappointed. You will walk out feeling and looking amazing!“

As the parent of a mixed-race adopted child with very dense, curly hair, finding someone who truly understands how to care for it hasn’t always been easy. Crystal took the time to learn his hair and the best products for it, and that level of care has meant so much to our family. She genuinely goes above and beyond for every client, and we’re incredibly grateful for her.“
