“I came in here and did a color/cut with Diane. I was stepping out of my comfort zone with my color, I've wanted to go for a darker look for a while and this time I was really stepping out and going for an auburn look. I was a big ball of nerves because I'm not from TN and this was my first time going to a salon here since I moved. I have to say she did an absolutely breathtaking job. I think it's always safe to say you are always nervous when it comes out at first but looking at it in the sun light I was shocked how much I loved it. She was really awesome during the process too because she encouraged me while also respecting my boundaries to not go drastic with the red. We communicated well and stuck with a brownish red which is exactly what I got. Even my cut was extremely edgy! I wasn't used to it at first but once you RELAX and see it all together (maybe give it a day or two) I really saw the vision and love it. Stepping out of your comfort zone is scary but I'm glad I had such a knowledgeable hairdresser! Remember. It's just hair :)“

“I called for a last minute walk in- Gina answered and took me immediately. She was incredibly kind, has SO much patience, and works slowly- checking in with you along the way to see if she’s meeting your expectations. I have VERY thick, coarse hair and it’s difficult to find someone that can cut layers/thin it without making it look choppy- but I left with beautiful, textured, blended layers that can be styled curly or straight and still look good. She trimmed my bangs to frame my face in a very flattering way. She was absolutely wonderful, professional, and did a great job with my hair and my experience was perfect. I will be back!“
