“So, let me start off by saying I am new to Tennessee from California. Ok ok, maybe not something everyone wants to hear, but I had no idea where to go to get my hair done after moving so far away. I searched and searched and the longer time went by my poor hair was just looking BAD! I have extensions and if you know, extensions have to be taken great care of. So I was getting nervous and thought I was going to have to go back to my beautiful place in Waco, which I do miss so much. THANK YOU GOD for directing me to Ashley! Ashley is so hilarious but soooo knowledgeable. I found her on Yelp by searching "hair salons extensions" near me and she popped up! I'm so glad she did. I needed my Donna Bella Extensions removed and reinstalled. She was available same day. No not because she is not busy because she is. She worked on myself and another girl at the same time! The other client was getting her hair colored so during the setting of the other client she worked on me and never missed a beat! Just take a look at her website and see her work, it is incredible! She is a graduate of Paul Mitchell and she is just a natural at this! From cuts to color to extensions, she's going to make you laugh til you tear up, but your end result is going to be beautiful, she loves her job that much! Seriously, take the time to come in and see Ashley, you won't be sorry. I know I'm grateful and so glad I did! Photos, before and after.“

“Great haircut by a very sweet, pleasant, talented Hair Stylist!!! Will definitely go to her again!! Just hate I have forgotten her name, but she was at the first station on the right as you enter !!! I checked in Online this time & had no wait!!My only "concern" with their Online Check-In vs "Walk-In" Process is that IF you go in as a walk-in is not quite right or "fair" in the way they put you in the rotation or DON'T have you IN the rotation , ESPECIALLY since they advertise that "Walk-ins" are Welcome !! I was a "walk-in" once . I sat in there & PHYSICALLY WAITED over 45 minutes because they had online customers "supposed to be coming" before leaving WITHOUT a haircut !!! Not good Customer Consideration for one who's ACTUALLY there waiting in my opinion!!!!“

“Prices are overly expensive but they can do any design u need. Took 2.5 hrs for a manicure and pedicure. I am disappointed because my nail shape is crooked and their way of fixing it was filling it in with a clear liquid. The design should have been on the full nail and she put it on the side and didn't seem to care about fixing it when I mentioned it. I was quoted 85.00 for an ombre with tip, cat eye, and dip manicure and designs on 2 nails. I never had the cat eye and dipping done but I still had to pay 85.00.I am in customer service but I would never overcharge anyone and I would rather give a discount so I could have a a recurring customer.Don't think I will be going back there after paying 165.00 for a manicure and pedicure.“
