I took my Grandson to the Hermitage Sports clips and no one, (out of all your employees that were there), did not want to cut my Grandsons hair who was 7 and great with getting his haircut? We have been going to Great clips for over 4 yrs and made the appt online. It was on our way back home, perfect timing we said. When they found out it was a child, EVERYONE scrambled. Our name was the only one on the board. So we sat there listening to all the girls and 1 male go back and forth about who was going to have to be the one to have to do a F****** haircut??? I am not ever going to put up with this kind of behavior. Is this the type of employees you want to represent your establishment??? We left and went back home I was furious. My time is very valuable!!!! I wanted to give your business one last shot as school was starting soon, and we have had great luck with Sports clips in the past. SOOOOO I made another appt online to your Mt Juliet location ..which is 25 minutes away from our house in Nashville TN. (The hermitage location is about 7 mins!!!) Thank goodness we were greeted with a very friendly Girl. The vibe was so different compared to Hermitage. The receptionist was Stephanie. OMG what a difference. She was so sweet and was ready to take him as soon as we walked in. I didn't say a word to her about all the unnecessary drama and trouble we encountered at your Hermitage location until she was finished. This was a wonderful experience. Stephanie is a role model for Sport clips!!!!!! Thank you Stephanie for your kindness and being respectful. The haircut was GREAT and my Grandson loved you and his hair. P.S There was another female employee {gosh I wish I remembered her name), that was there waiting for her next customer. She joined in with Stephanie and my grandsons conversation about Star wars. It was sooooooo enjoyable for me to just sit back and enjoy watching them all talking together and genuinely having a good time. We will remember this and they saved us as a continuing customer. It is set up very fashionably with a barber chair and a big screen TV plus his price list ($15 regular haircut). Parking down driveway and entrance at back.
