I want to start with this. I took my Grandson to the Hermitage Sports clips and no one, (out of all your employees that were there), did not want to cut my Grandsons hair who was 7 and great with getting his haircut? We have been going to Great clips for over 4 yrs and made the appt online. It was on our way back home, perfect timing we said. When they found out it was a child, EVERYONE scrambled. Our name was the only one on the board. So we sat there listening to all the girls and 1 male go back and forth about who was going to have to be the one to have to do a F****** haircut??? My picky, almost 18 year old, was LUCKY enough to get Shan as his stylist. He showed her a picture and she NAILED it. He has very curly hair on top of his head and she knew how to cut it perfectly! Thanks Shan!
