“I have used Bio Plumbing for several jobs at two locations. Their techs are always on time, they come with a complete understanding of the pending job and are savvy enough to change directions as the task unfolds. They fully explain their work and work quickly. Moreover, they are friendly and courteous. The white shirts and bow ties are a nice touch!”
“My water heater went out on Thursday. I called Lee Company mid morning. A technician was dispatched to evaluate the problem same day. Had a new water heater installed the next day. Awesome customer service from start to finish.
Charlie Emile …thank you so much for taking the time to walk me through the installation process explaining what was needed and why. It’s rare to find people willing to take the time to explain what caused the problem in a way that is clear and concise. I will definitely take your advice and ensure that the water heater is maintained on a routine schedule and yes I will be reaching out to Lee Company to help with the ongoing maintenance.”
