“My experience with the Bio Plumbing tech this week was great. He flushed the water tank and replaced the kitchen faucet. He presented himself well and reviewed the services that Bio can provide in detail. When he approached the house he stopped to return to the truck for his booties. I told him that was not necessary but he stated that his boots had been in a farm environment and he needed to wear them.

He shared with me the new warranty policy. He is a very pleasant young man and has a great work ethic. As he worked we chatted about family and solved many world problems, we both enjoyed eating home made beef jerky. He is an asset to Bio Plumbing in my opinion.“
