I have used Bio Plumbing for several jobs at two locations. Their techs are always on time, they come with a complete understanding of the pending job and are savvy enough to change directions as the task unfolds. They fully explain their work and work quickly. Moreover, they are friendly and courteous. The white shirts and bow ties are a nice touch!
My experience with the Bio Plumbing tech this week was great. He flushed the water tank and replaced the kitchen faucet. He presented himself well and reviewed the services that Bio can provide in detail. When he approached the house he stopped to return to the truck for his booties. I told him that was not necessary but he stated that his boots had been in a farm environment and he needed to wear them.
He shared with me the new warranty policy. He is a very pleasant young man and has a great work ethic. As he worked we chatted about family and solved many world problems, we both enjoyed eating home made beef jerky. He is an asset to Bio Plumbing in my opinion.
I called Bio Plumbing for a second time, and just like the first call they did another fantastic job! Logan Botsford was professional, a great listener, and quickly solved my plumbing leaks. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him!
