Just had them replace a water shutoff valve and regulator as well as replace a leaking gas line. They did a phenomenal job. Tina kept me in the loop as far as scheduling and the crew arrived on time as promised. They kept me informed throughout the process and handled everything professionally. The crew was also polite and cleaned up after the job. Nice to see a company that takes pride in their work, that’s getting increasingly hard to find these days. I’ve already recommended them to all of my neighbors. I’ll be using them again if the need arises!
I moved into a new home in Dec. and my water heater was installed in July 2025. The pilot light went out and would re-light but not stay lit. I called the warranty number on the heater and Rheem engaged Plumb Rite for the service call. They called me quickly, set an appointment for next day with a window of arrival time, and then showed up early in the window with a call to let me know they were coming. Jeff was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He was able to find the cause of the issue and correct it quickly. He also had pictures of the before and the after and explained everything in detail.
