Crazy that there are so few reviews - Otis pest control is underrated and a diamond within the industry.
Spoke with Gina (hope I spelled this right!) on the phone and they got a couple of great technicians over quickly.
Tim and Nathan were knowledgeable, friendly, and their care for customers and the quality of their work was very apparent.

Highly recommend - our handyman referred us to Otis for our ant problem ... we have a lot of carpenter ants that we tried to kill w/ Home Defense and ant traps ... but knew we needed something more powerful. Jack came by to do the inspection - I learned a ton just by walking with him around the house; super friendly, knowledgeable, & funny. For example, sharing that carpenter bee larvae is like a buffet for woodpeckers lol. He also highlighted areas to be fixed that weren't bug-related which was appreciated too. Great company to work with! We’ve trusted Otis for years for all of our pest control needs, and they’ve always been reliable and responsive. Our son recently purchased his first home, and Jack took great care of everything right away. Reasonable pricing, dependable service, and always quick to respond whenever an issue comes up.
