Nathan Roger's was amazing to work with. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly (And I had A LOT of questions). He brought various samples for everything we needed an estimate for (roofing, gutters and siding). I highly recommend.

Our Air conditioner went out completely we were in a heatwave . we called HEP and came out within a few hours and it was determined . we need a new unit. We Worked with the fiance company and also Craig in San diego Who set us up with mini 3 coolers brought to our house that night. Craig and the whole team communication was Top Notch . they were able to have the new unit out and installed in one day. I felt Valued as a customer and took their jobs very serious and were very professional from start to finish. I will highly recommend HEP for any of my future needs rather it be heat and air ,plumbing, electrical. there LOGO is spot on Happy wife, Happy life .
