We stopped by today to get some contacts and they did not have the ones we needed in stock. Corey was a massive help and called around to multiple other stores to see if they had what we needed! Even though we were not able to get what we needed, Corey went above and beyond to try and help us out.

I had eye glasses i bought from Warby Parker both ear pieces broke off and i lost the tiny screw months ago. I’ve had to drive with my glasses stuck on my face only my nose holding them up if i barely looked down they will fall and end up under or between my seats so it’s not been fun. I called when the broke bc these aren’t no cheap eye glasses they should repair ‘em but i couldn’t get them repaired because Warby Parker doesn’t have a store anywhere near me they didn’t offer to send them through the mail fix it send it back not even w a fee no nothing I’ve just been on my own w it. They get the prescription right. First pair of glasses I can actually see with. Corey is excellent and very helpful. He went out of his way to help fix my glasses, he really has a great work ethic and made me feel like a valued customer. Lisa did my first pair and she got them to fit perfectly and was very courteous and helpful as well. This is a great vision center.
