I was so pleased with my visit. I went in for an eye exam and it went smoothly. Beth, who apparently isn’t usually upfront, was extremely welcoming and pretty much took charge of my search for frames. Rather than just standing by and offering bit of input, she took it upon herself to go through all the frames, and select the ones that looked and fit the best. She knows her inventory, so She knew exactly what she was looking for based on the style that she felt would work best for me.

We were visiting from out of town and had a contact lens crisis. My daughter was supposed to perform the next day and a leak in her contact case left us with only one functioning contact. I called and they helped us solve our issue. They were so friendly on the phone and even more friendly when we got to the store.

My daughter went to an optometrist in Farragut who gave her the wrong prescription. Made an appointment at Stanton Optical and she got a prescription that is very close to her previous prescription from last year. We worked with Christina and she was incredibly helpful/understanding. This will be where my daughter gets her eyes examined from now on.
