I didn’t get glasses until later in life. SoI started at the “big box” stores. Over the last 3 years, the big one at our Knoxville mall has messed up my glasses and contacts over and over - never making eye contact with me or listening to my needs on top of ordering the wrong items. I finally found Dr. Best through a friend and she’s been such a game changer! I’m finally wearing daily contacts (which I’ve wanted for years but told I couldn’t have) and she put me in neurolenses to improve my glasses game! They’re not inexpensive but they’re worth it! My husband and I moved to east RN in November of 2022 and needed a new Optometrist. Looking at reviews online, I really appreciated other reviews of this clinic and decided to try them. Dr. Best and the staff are friendly, helpful and really listened to what we said. I have dry eyes and my husband has had two cornea transplants and a cataract. Dr. Best was familiar with his prior conditions of kerataconus and Fuch's dystrophy thus the transplants. She did some extensive testing that we'd never had done before and diagnosed the issue causing such eye fatigue and neck pain I'd been having. Dr. Best took the time to answer all my questions, and provide pros and cons of my various options. The office was very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend Vision Best Eye Care.
