“I woke up this morning and our A/C was out. If you live in TN you know, July with no AC is a crisis. The inside temp went to 90 from nothing, no pun intended. I called all I could reach in a 5 mile radius and , after 6 others, I found Mr. Joey Salmon.
Joey is a business owner who takes pride in his business and service. I didn’t reach AI, or a Franklin call center, I was instantly in touch with the owner and had his assurances that we’d be addressed today. I know he worked late on a Friday to make sure we were taken care of and really appreciate the level of attention and professionalism he displayed.
