“My husband and I bought your Ashley DVAG25-DF on December 9th 2024, it was delivered on December 14th 2024, installed December 26th 2024. My husband contacted y'all via text December 30th so there are receipts of the conversation. The lack of communication is unbelievable. My husband explained everything that was going on with your system, the flames start off blue with a slight yellow tip that's normal with propane. Then the blue goes away completely and its just yellow and orange flames that cause horrible black soot to where you can not see the flames at all. Y'all received the pictures showing the black soot. Y'all told him yellow and orange flames from propane are normal, just concerned about the soot. The WC is 10" which is perfect. Y'all asked for pictures we provided each and every time like I said y'all have proof and every time the response was "bear with us, our engineers are looking into it ". For 3 weeks my husband had to initiate the conversation asking any update? and the response was "bear with us" or asked if we lived in a very windy area? We live in North east Ga Mountains, as he told whoever "no not unreasonably windy", the response was yet again okay "bear with us" This last time we waited 8 DAYS!!!!!! We went through a SNOW STORM and LOW TEENS!!! and we are about drop down to SINGLE DIGITS next week. I contacted South Pittsburg, TN office at 9:48am January 17th, 2025 spoke with Angie who was absolutely kind and wonderful. I explained to her that I desperately needed to speak to a manager, I explained what was going on and how upset we are and trying to understand why no one has contacted us. Its been 8 DAYS since our last communication with y'all, January 9th, 2025 and y'alls response at 11:16am was "bear with me just a little longer we are trying to determine what could be causing this issue for you". It doesnt take 8 DAYS! it's not rocket science to figure out why YOUR product is not working sure as hell doesn't take 3 WEEKS!! She told me Josh the manager was going to give me a call back today Friday January 17th, 2025 and GUESS WHAT? JOSH DID NOT CALL ME BACK! So how much longer do I have to wait this time? EDIT: I don't know why it says I recommend them when I didn't, I gave them a 1 star review.“
