She challenges her classes without pushing us past our limits. I always leave her classes feeling a sense of euphoria along with a deep relaxation.“

807 Main St, Nashville“I’ve been going to Hot Yoga East Nashville for about a year now, and overall it’s a solid no-frills, secular yoga studio with fantastic instructors and challenging classes. If you’re mainly looking for the exercise and fitness side of yoga, they do that really well.
That said, the studio is very workout-focused and largely avoids the deeper spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga. There aren’t really Dharma talks, discussions around chakras, or much emphasis on the mind-body-spirit connection that many people associate with a traditional yoga practice. Great place for fitness-focused hot yoga, but if you’re looking for a more holistic spiritual experience, you may want to explore other studios as well.
One thing that honestly surprised me was that they don’t provide mat cleaning supplies after class. In a hot yoga studio where everyone’s sweating a ton, that just seems like a pretty standard thing to have available.“

3000 Business Park Cir suite 600, Goodlettsville“My daughter has been studying at The Dancer Project Conservatory for 2.5 years and my only regret is that we didn’t discover Ms. Jen and her studio sooner! My daughter (now 13) has absolutely blossomed as a dancer. Jen and her instructors are thoughtful, kind, and professional. My daughter is pushed to excel but always in a supportive manner. This is not just a job for Jen - it’s a calling. Her love for dance is infectious and is reflected in her students. My daughter loves being able to perform in the studio’s yearly Nutcracker and spring ballet and participate in community events, too. Whether you’re looking for a once-a-week class (for children or adults) or a pre-professional program, I can’t recommend The Dancer Project more. Please come check the studio out - you won’t be disappointed!“

Spent a few hours playing foosball and ping pong with my grandson. Afterwards, we sat at a table and talked for about 30 minutes. Has a nice indoor walking path too! Hope to visit again soon!“

300 Pleasant Grove Rd Suite 335, Mt. Juliet“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE HOTWORKS. The 24/7 availability is wonderful; the staff, including Tanner Wong and Riley, are so helpful and supportive. I am so glad I found this place, as it has been a game-changer in my life. I was lacking accountability, and this has gotten me up off the couch and moving! I love working out and burning double the calories as it's in a private heated sauna. No competition!“
